Eno-gastronomic tour

We suggest to take a tour of the cities of the Golf to discover and appreciate their local specialities. Starting having a rich breakfast in various bakeries of Niscemi and Gela; artichokes dishes (especially the Violetto variety)  and a second Mediterranean plate of fresh fish; during the afternoon have a break with typical bread of Gela and capuliato (dried tomato);  for dinner why not a typical pizza with sardines and tuma (a kind of cheese) or pasta with wild fennel?
